Dig their already solid brew of surf, psychedelia, blues, Americana... I see the Morrison thing in the beach bum vibe. Didn't the Doors form in Santa Monica? Also in the west coast sunny doom sound sound ala The Doors, The Byrds. The tunes have some of the parlor music vibe Morrison and the Doors messed with.
